- Q: How to remove the front seat cushion assembly with the Occupant Classification ECU and Occupant Classification Sensor on Scion xB?A: To disassemble the front seat cushion assembly which includes the Occupant Classification ECU and Sensor, disconnect the negative battery post and wait 90 seconds. Take out the headrest, seat track covers and the front seat assembly. One will then have to unplug ECU, loosen the different parts, and then loosen the occupant classification sensor.
