Extended operation of the power window switch causes the motor to stop for safety then further usage of the switch leads to blinking lights along with limitations to auto up and remote control functions. Users must wait for a short time then activate the motor reset procedure. The procedure for reset involves starting the ignition while positioning the power window half-open then holding the switch until the window closes while maintaining pressure for 1 second.
