  A: Install the 2AZ-FE engine control system throttle body assembly by first placing a new gasket on the intake manifold followed by tightening 4 bolts to 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf). Begin by linking together the throttle hose with other parts consisting of connector and No. 2 water by-pass hose along with No. 1 water by-pass hose and No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose. You should begin the air cleaner cap sub-assembly installation process by adding the air cleaner filter element followed by locking and tightening the No. 1 air cleaner hose clamp. The wire harness installation requires connection of the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose as well as the No. 2 ventilation hose to the air cleaner hose and the vacuum switching valve assembly and mass air flow meter connector.
