How to Properly Install a Seat Belt Assembly on 2009 Toyota Venza?

The installation of the rear center seat outer belt assembly requires securing it with the bolt and nut while torquing the bolt to 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf) and the nut to 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf). Begin installation of the rear seatback cover with pad then attach both right-hand (RH) and left-hand (LH) rear seat center headrest supports. Finish the process by mounting the rear seat headrest supports on both sides. The rear seat shoulder belt cover should be installed through the two guides and claw before attaching the rear seatback upper lock bezel with its screw. Secure the rear center seat outer belt assembly through the use of a bolt that needs 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf) torque. Install all components for the rear seat starting with the cushion cover attached to its pad and then the center armrest assembly and additional items including rear seat reclining cover for RH, center seat hinge cover RH, inner reclining cover RH, reclining release lever RH and seat adjuster cover cap RH. The final installation steps require placing the rear seat assembly RH together with its reclining control cable sub-assembly as well as outer track bracket cover and inner track bracket cover while adding rear seat center headrest assembly and rear seat headrest assembly.
