How to install the front upper Control Arm on the LH side on 2009 Toyota Tundra?

The LH front upper suspension arm requires two washers with a bolt and a nut to install it temporarily. Fasten the nut after the suspension reaches stability. The fitter must secure the rear LH front fender apron seal by using 5 clips at first then apply 6 clips to secure the LH front fender apron seal. A new cotter pin must be set through the steering knuckle to suspension upper arm assembly. Torque the nut to 110 Nm (1122 kgf-cm, 81 ft-lbf) as an initial step. An additional 60 degrees increase in nut torque should be applied in cases of misaligned cotter pin holes. Install the skid control sensor wire to the steering knuckle and upper arm by following these torque values: Use 13 Nm (133 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf) for Bolt A and 29 Nm (296 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf) for Bolt B. Do not forget to first attach the front shock absorber with coil spring then stabilize the suspension before tightening the front suspension upper arm assembly to 235 Nm (2396 kgf-cm, 173 ft-lbf). You should install the front wheel while applying 131 Nm torque when using aluminum wheels and 209 Nm torque when using steel wheels.
