How to install the rear center Seat Belt assembly on 2009 Scion xB?

The installation of the rear center seat outer belt assembly requires first determining the required angle of incline for the retractor lock by carefully tilting it from its initial position; the belt should remain unlocked below 15 degrees in all directions but should lock at 45 degrees or more. Keep the retractor intact because replacement of the rear seat belt must happen if it fails to function properly. Secure the 2 body hooks by attaching the lower retractor stay. Fasten it using a bolt which requires 41 Nm (420 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf) torque. Place the rear seatback frame sub-assembly along with the headrest support then install the rear seat back cover RH followed by the rear seat back stop button grommet, rear seat back lock release button and the rear seat shoulder belt cover, seat belt anchor cover cap, rear seat headrest assembly while completing the installation with rear seatback assembly and rear seat cushion cover pad sub-assembly and secure all components.
