How to remove the rear center Seat Belt assembly on 2009 Scion xB?

The process to remove the rear center seat outer belt assembly starts with taking out the rear seat cushion cover pad sub-assembly then continuing with the removal of the rear seatback assembly. The removal process starts with the rear seat headrest assembly and continues to the seat belt anchor cover cap and the rear seat shoulder belt cover. Secondly uninstall the rear seat back lock release button while removing the rear seat back stop button grommet. The technician should disassemble the rear seat back cover RH together with the rear seat headrest support. The frame sub-assembly should be taken out first to perform the removal of the rear center seat outer belt assembly using bolt extraction and hook dissolution with retractor withdrawal.
