Check the inclination requirement for retractor locking while testing it from its original position by gently bending it; ensure the belt remains free to move at a 15 degrees incline in any direction before locking at a 45 degrees incline angle without removing the retractor unit. Installation of the rear seat outer belt needs replacement if its operations fail to meet specification requirements. Position the lower stay of the retractor onto the 2 body hooks before securing the retractor using the bolt along with a torque limit of 41 Nm (420 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf). The reassembly of the rear seat assembly includes installing the rear seatback frame sub-assembly, rear seat headrest support as well as the rear seat back cover RH and rear seat back stop button grommet and rear seat back lock release button and rear seat shoulder belt cover and seat belt anchor cover cap, rear seat headrest assembly, rear seatback assembly and rear seat cushion cover pad sub-assembly for both right-hand and left-hand sides.
