The end of wiper rubber needs pulling out from the blade stopper yet avoid pulling it too hard to prevent backing plate deformation and blade claw damage; alternative removal works best when sliding the rubber backwards from end to middle part of the rear wiper blade. Complete the wiper rubber removal process by taking out the 2 wiper rubber backing plates from the rubber.
