How to install the front center Seat Belt for a bench seat type on 2008 Toyota Tacoma?

The front center seat outer belt for bench seats is installed through a process that requires attachment of the tether anchor bracket sub-assembly with bolt A and then bolt B to a torque value of 20 Nm (205 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf). You should install the seat belt bracket with two bolts while torquing them to 20 Nm (205 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf). The retractor's inclination must properly lock the rear seat shoulder belt guide and should work between 45 degrees and 15 degrees inclinations but never at 15 degrees or less. The retractor should not be disassembled but its replacement must happen if it fails to operate according to specifications. Position the lower retractor stay across the seat belt bracket hooks before tightening bolt A to 8.5 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 75 in-lbf) and bolt B to 42 Nm (430 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf). The shoulder anchor should receive two bolts that require a torque of 42 Nm (430 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf) while checking the ELR lock using the rear center seat outer belt shows that the anchor should not rest above the floor panel. The rear center seat outer belt needs replacement if the locking mechanism faulty when pulling the belt swiftly. To finish install the seat belt retractor cover by using its 4 clips while using the correct claw procedures to install both the back panel upper garnish and back panel trim cover for the opposite side.
