Begin the Access Cab front seat outer belt installation process by first installing the front shoulder belt anchor adjuster assembly between the body holes by gripping it using two claws and torquing the bolt to 42 Nm (430 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf). Check the retractor's inclination to confirm proper locking action which should enable between 45 degrees up to 15 degrees away from full lock positioning. The retractor should not undergo disassembly because failing retractor performance requires replacement of the front seat outer belt. The lower stay of the retractor must be attached to the 2 body hooks before tightening bolt A to 8.5 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 75 in-lbf) and bolt B to 42 Nm (430 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf). After connecting the pretensioner connecter, install the shoulder anchor with a torque of 42 Nm (430 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf) before testing for smooth rotation of the anchor. Install the floor anchor of the front seat outer belt with the bolt then verify that the ELR lock engages correctly with quick belt extraction. Replace the front seat outer belt if the condition is not achieved. Install the access panel inside handle sub-assembly after you engage the 9 clips to attach the rear door trim board and then add the access panel inside handle bezel utilizing the screw before putting on the cover. You should install the door pull handle by using the screw then add the lap belt outer anchor cover and finish with the access panel rear Weather Strip. After connecting the cable to the negative battery terminal users should apply 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf) torque then verify the SRS warning light.
