The LH-side front speed sensor needs installation after securing its connection point using a bolt tightened to 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf). The successful installation of the front speed sensor depends on maintaining its tip in a complete and unbroken state. The sensor harness clamps need installation onto the body and shock absorber with tightening torque of 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf) applied to bolt A while tightening bolt B to 19 Nm (192 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf). Prevent twisting the sensor wire as you complete the installation process. Proceed by attaching the clamp to the knuckle and placing the sensor harness with clamp onto the body then connect the speed sensor connector. After hooking up the front fender liner on the LH side users must remove the front wheel and apply torque of 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf). The ABS speed sensor signal requires verification as the last step.
