How to remove the exhaust pipe on 2008 Toyota Prius?

The removal process of the 1NZ-FXE exhaust pipe starts with eliminating the rear No. 2 floor board, rear deck floor box and rear No. 3 floor board. Turn off the negative battery cable power until you wait for minimum 90 seconds as a means to avoid deploying the Air Bags and seat belt pretensioners. The procedure requires removing the instrument panel finish panel lower center in combination with the heated oxygen sensor. First detach the 2 bolts from the front floor panel brace. Unscrewing two bolts and two compression springs on the tailpipe assembly permits detachment of the tailpipe from two exhaust supports to extract the front exhaust pipe gasket. The front exhaust pipe assembly should be removed after uninstalling 2 bolts with 2 compression springs then disconnecting the front exhaust pipe from these 2 exhaust pipe supports while extracting the gasket from the exhaust manifold.
