  A: One must begin front crankshaft oil seal installation by applying MP grease along the lip of a fresh seal. Use Special Service Tool: 09223-22010 09506-35010 09506-35010 with a hammer to tap the oil seal between 0 and 1.0 mm depth (0 to 0.0394 in.) starting from the timing chain cover edge. Do this operation while maintaining complete cleanliness of the seal lip and keeping the tap at a neutral angle. Install the crankshaft timing gear key before adding the crankshaft pulley as the next step. Install the oil filter bracket together with its attached oil cooler before adding the No. 1 oil cooler bracket while keeping the oil cooler securely installed. The installation of No. 2 water by-pass pipe sub-assembly requires attachment of two water by-pass hoses to the oil cooler before installing the three by-pass pipe bolts with torque set to 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf). Initially connect the cooler compressor assembly before installment of the oil filter bracket by itself as well as the oil pressure sender gauge assembly and finally the fan shroud. You should install the No. 1 radiator hose while adding engine coolant then check for coolant and oil leakages and verify the engine oil level.
