The radiator assembly with fan assembly goes into place before securing the cooler condenser assembly through 4 bolts at 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 in-lbf). The upper radiator support sub-assembly installation requires six bolts with Bolt A torque set to 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf) and connectors applied to low pitched horn and high pitched horn. The installation of the hood lock assembly should follow the radiator grille installation. Subscribe the cooling fan ECU connector while clamping the wire harness around the fan shroud on both sides. The radiator needs hoses from both the oil cooler and No. 2 and No. 1 radiator outlets for connection. The installation procedure requires connecting the battery and installing the No. 1 air cleaner inlet and No. 2 air cleaner inlet together with the cool air intake duct seal.
