To replace the radiator workers should drain engine coolant and remove the radiator reservoir tank hose followed by disconnecting the radiator hose inlet and outlet and oil cooler outlet hoses No.2 and No.3. The procedure starts with radiator support upper removal using two bolts followed by the radiator assembly pull-out requiring disconnected fan motor connector removal before you can remove it from the body. The next step requires you to remove the radiator support lower and the fan and motor while using your tool to disconnect their 6 bolts. When installing the fan to the radiator use 6 bolts with 7.8 Nm torque setting (80 kgf-cm, 69 inch lbs.). Install the radiator assembly back into the body position before reconnecting the fan motor connector. You should position the radiator support upper then insert its two bolts while using a torque of 12.8 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9.4 ft. lbs.).
