First clean the cooler mounting contact surface before installing a new O-ring on the oil cooler and attaching the assembly with the union bolt and torque it to 68 Nm (683 kgf-cm, 50 ft-lbf). You should install the two water by-pass hoses with a bolt, two clamps and four clips while torquing them to 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf). Fix a new gasket to the exhaust manifold assembly LH before tightening the six nuts according to their specified order and torquing them to 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf). Follow the installation order for No. 2 manifold stay and front exhaust pipe assembly together with center exhaust pipe assembly and tail exhaust pipe assembly and front No. 3 exhaust pipe sub-assembly. Before final tightening, fasten the propeller and center bearing shaft assembly for 4WD or replace it with the connecting bolts and torquing them to their specified torque. At first tighten the three bolts that secure the No. 2 exhaust manifold heat insulator according to sequence then fully torque them to 8.5 Nm (87 kgf-cm, 75 in-lbf). Secure the air fuel ratio sensor connector using the clamp. The mechanic should install the No. 2 engine oil level dipstick guide followed by the radiator reserve tank assembly before connecting the No. 1 radiator hose to the radiator. The installation order includes both air cleaner case sub-assembly and air cleaner cap sub-assembly as well as the No. 1 air cleaner inlet, No. 2 air cleaner inlet, cool air intake duct seal, and battery.
