Before installing the engine oil cooler assembly the contact surface of the cooler mounting needs cleaning followed by application of engine oil to three new gaskets. attach three new gaskets treated with engine oil into proper position on the engine oil cooler assembly. You should mount the engine oil cooler assembly pausing to use the union bolt and nut and seal washer. Follow the stated sequence when tightening the bolt and nut while torquing the union bolt to 60 Nm (612 kgf-cm, 44 ft-lbf) and the nut to 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf). After you must begin assembly of the exhaust manifold. Engine oil and engine coolant should be added following their specified requirements. To complete the maintenance you should verify the engine oil level together with an inspection of oil leaks.
