  A: Installation of the radiator starts with attaching the radiator drain cock to the assembly. Install the fan shroud first and then position the water filler sub-assembly with the clip securing the two bolts before torqueing them to 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf). Finally, connect the radiator reservoir tank hose to the water filler sub-assembly. Set the two claws and mount the radiator assembly onto the vehicle but avoid placing force on the cooler condenser assembly or its piping before installing the cooling fan motor connector and wire harness clamp. Fit the upper radiator support sub-assembly using 5 bolts that should reach 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf) torque value then connect the horn assembly connector.
