How to remove the drive belt on 2008 Scion xB?

Start eliminating the drive belt on the 2AZ-FE engine by removing its rear engine under cover from the right-hand side. The V-ribbed belt tensioner arm requires Special Service Tool: 09216-42010, 09216-04010, and a 19 mm socket wrench for clockwise rotation until it reaches a loose state before removing the fan and generator V belt. The Special Service Tool must be connected with other tools during use for tensioner retraction where a slow clockwise turn of at least 3 seconds is required without swift force. When the tensioner reaches its full retraction position do not add further force to it.
