How to remove the Neutral Safety Switch from the U241E AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE on 2008 Scion tC?

First disconnect the negative battery cable along with waiting a minimum of 90 seconds to avoid Air Bag and seat belt pretensioner activation before removing the Neutral Safety Switch from the U241E AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE. Take off the engine under cover located on the left hand side. First disconnect the transmission control cable assembly by unscrewing the nut from the control shaft lever followed by separating the control cable from the control shaft lever before taking off the clip which separates the control cable from the control cable bracket. Start by disconnecting the switch connector and removing the nut then washer along with the control shaft lever. Next pry up the lock plate to take out the nut followed by removing the 2 bolts which will free up the position switch.
