    A: Service and repair procedures for the engine front oil seal start with front wheel RH removal and the successive removal of front fender apron seal RH, V-ribbed belt, and crankshaft pulley. Use Special Service Tool 09213-70011 (09213-70020) and 09330-00021 to first loosen and afterward extract the crankshaft pulley bolt and pulley using Special Service Tool 09950-50013 with its sub-tools 09951-05010, 09952-05010, 09953-05020, 09954-05021. Proceed with caution to extract the timing chain case oil seal by applying a screwdriver to its edges while utilizing tape on the tip. Inspection of the crankshaft follows removal while smooth finishing of rough areas requires 400-grit sandpaper. New oil seal installation requires MP grease application on its lip followed by use of Special Service Tool: 09223-22010, 09506-35010 while tapping with a hammer until the timing chain cover edge meets the seal surface while keeping the lip clear of foreign debris and maintaining an angle-free action. To install the crankshaft pulley first align the pulley set key in the key groove before sliding on the pulley. Install the pulley bolt using Special Service Tools: 09213-70011 (09213-70020), 09330-00021 with a final torque torque of 250 Nm (2550 kgf-cm, 184 ft. lbs.). The V-ribbed belt installation process should be followed by reinstalling the front fender apron seal RH and front wheel RH while setting the wheel torque to 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.).
