Place the pulley bolt through Special Service Tool 09213-70011 09213-70020 while applying torque force of 250 Nm (2550 kgf-cm, 184 ft-lbf). You should start by attaching the V-ribbed belt then put on the front fender apron seal on the right-hand side of the vehicle. The last step of installation requires you to place the right-hand front wheel and tighten it to 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf).
