Service of the crankshaft position sensor begins by taking away engine under cover No.1. To replace the crankshaft position sensor first disconnect its connector then detach the bolt followed by sensor removal. Position the crankshaft position sensor as it should be then fasten it using the bolt with 6.5 N.m (65 kgf.cm, 58 in.lbf) of torque. Reinstallation of the engine under cover No.1 should be performed after reconnecting the crankshaft position sensor connector.
