After disconnecting the sensor connector you should remove its securing bolt while performing the sensor removal process. Place a thin layer of engine oil on the O-ring of the crankshaft position sensor before installing it with the bolt while tightening to 10 N.m (102 kgf.cm, 7 ft.lbf) and securing the sensor connector. The next step is to install the fan and generator V belt before adding both the generator assembly and then the cooler compressor assembly back.
