After reconnecting the speed sensor connector, reattaching the front fender splash shield subassembly, you should then reinstall the front wheel while torquing it to 103 N.m (1,050 kgf.cm, 76 ft.lbf). Perform a signal check on the ABS speed sensor as the last step of installation.
