  A: Before maintenance on the HVAC condenser begins the refrigerant must be discharged from the refrigeration system using Special Service Tool: 07110-58060 (07117-58080, 07117-58090, 07117-78050, 07117-88060, 07117-88070, 07117-88080). As a first step isolate the battery section and eliminate the radiator grille from the vehicle. Secure pipe A refrigerant discharge from the cooler system by uninstalling the bolt and O-ring then cover the ports with vinyl tape to stop moisture and outside matter from entering. The same procedure should be repeated for the front section of cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A. Begin by unsturing both bolts on the radiator upper supports and then disconnect the 2 bolts which secure the cooler condenser assembly and lastly pull the upper radiator part toward the rear of the vehicle. After bush insertion into the cooler condenser assembly cross member it must be installed with 2 bolts torqued at 9.8 N.m (100 kgf.cm, 87 in.lbf) for the assembly and then 2 bolts torqued at the same torque to secure the radiator upper support. To install cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A begin by eliminating the vinyl tape then apply compressor oil (ND-OIL 8 or equivalent) to the O-ring before adding a new O-ring then bolt it to the cooler condenser assembly while torquing bolt to 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 47 in.lbf). Execute the same process to install cooler refrigerant discharge pipe A. To complete the procedure employ Special Service Tool: 07110-58060 (07117-58060, 07117-58070, 07117-58080, 07117-58090, 07117-78050, 07117-88060, 07117-88070, 07117-88080) while injecting 650 plus or minus 50 g (22.93 plus or minus 1.76 oz.) of refrigerant before engine warming and leak detection.
