How to service the rear Blower Control Switches on 2006 Toyota Highlander?

In order to service the rear blower switch, unscrew a screwdriver cover the front deck side trim, followed by the right cover by unscrewing a bolt and disconnecting clips. Unscrew the blower switch, put in the new blower switch, reconnect and put the covers back together by ensuring all fittings are connected.
