The repair process for the integration control and panel assembly starts by taking out the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly center and then continuing with control and panel assembly, integration along with heater control name sheet No.2 removal. You must remove the radio receiver assembly along with the control knob sub-assembly from the sequence. The removal of heater control name sheet No.1 (manual air conditioner) and subsequent removal of heater control name sheet No.2 requires a screwdriver that is taped to protect it. Next follow the steps of unlocking the heater control housing connector lock to detach the cable while extracting the 8 screws fastening the housing. Per the maintenance operation you must withdraw the air conditioner amplifier assembly by extracting 3 screws from the heater control housing. Follow by taking out the heater control housing sub-assembly and then separate the heater blower switch (manual air conditioner) and finally remove integration control and panel bulb from the heater control housing sub-assembly. Please reinstall Heater Control Name Sheet No.2 after you have put the integration control and panel bulb inside the heater control housing.

Service of the rear blower switch begins with removing the deck side trim cover front by using a tape-covered thin flat-head screwdriver to release its 2 claw fittings. The next step requires removal of the deck side trim cover RH through bolt removal followed by releasing the 2 clip fittings and 2 claw fittings and disconnecting the connector. Remove the rear heater blower switch through the process of unscrewing both attached screws. Begin by mounting the rear heater blower switch on its place and use two screws for fastening. Reconnect the connector then install the deck side trim cover RH with proper engagement between the 2 clip fittings and 2 claw fittings before securing the bolt. Users must install the front deck side trim cover by engaging the 2 claw fittings.

The first step involves the removal of front deck side trim cover through tape-protected disconnection of its two claw fittings with a flat-head screwdriver. The procedure starts with removing the deck side trim cover on the right side of the vessel by unfastening the bolt while releasing the 2 clip fittings followed by the 2 claw fittings and disconnecting the connector. You must remove the rear heater blower switch through a screw unfastening process of its 2 mounting screws. Start by installing the rear heater blower switch then secure it with the 2 screws for installation sequence. Install and connect the deck side trim cover RH following connector reconnection by ensuring fitment of the 2 clip fittings and 2 claw fittings before screwing in the bolt. Unite the deck side trim cover front to its fittings by engaging the 2 claw connections.

Remove the 8 screws and heater control retainer.

Install the Radio Receiver Assembly, considering the Navigation System variations.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

Remove the Integration Control & Panel Assembly, Radio Receiver Assembly, Control Knob Sub-Assembly, and Heater Control Name Sheet No.1 (Manual Air Conditioner).

Remove the heater blower switch for manual air conditioning.
