How to service and repair the Canister Purge Valve on 2006 Scion xB?

To service the Canister Purge Valve, disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait to prevent Air Bag activation. Remove the air cleaner cap by disconnecting various connectors and hoses. Unlock and remove the cap, then remove the screw and purge VSV. For installation, reverse the steps and reconnect the battery.
