Start by detaching the sway bar links when you remove the two nuts and the link while torquing them to 69 Nm (704 kgf-cm, 51 ft. lbs.). A hexagon wrench should be used to stabilize the stud when the ball joint stud accepts rotation when tightened with the nut. Perform this action also on the opposite side. You must take off the four bolts with their accompanying sway bar bushings and brackets from the rear axle housing while applying 29 Nm (296 kgf-cm) torque before separating the sway bar kit from the brackets.
