You must also take out the brake booster bracket together with its gasket and the 2 stopper rings. Begin installation by setting a new gasket onto the brake booster before adding the brake booster bracket along with two stopper rings. After placing a new gasket the booster must be installed through its 4 mounting nuts to achieve 13 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.) torque. Attach the operating rod clevis and insert its pin through the clevis and brake pedal before locking it using the securing clip. Install the vacuum hose installation on the brake booster. Set the Special Service Tool: 09737-00011 on the master cylinder and use the pin to lower it until it makes light contact with the piston to modify the booster push rod length. Place the Special Service Tool 09737-00011 upside down on top of the booster while checking the amount of space between the booster push rod and pin head which should equal 0 mm (0 inch). Position Special Service Tool: 09737-00020 to make the booster push rod reach the correct length to barely tintle against the pin head. Reinstallation of the master cylinder must follow so you can add brake fluid and complete brake system bleeding.
