The flexible hose needs to be placed in the spaces between the caliper projections. Remove the caliper by starting with the 2 sliding pin removal at 88 Nm (900 kgf-cm, 65 ft. lbs.) torque then separate the caliper from the torque plate. First detach both brake pads which contain anti-squeal shims before proceeding to eliminate the four pad support plates. To install the brake caliper perform the removal process in reverse order after you fill the brake reservoir with brake fluid and complete brake system bleeding checks for any fluid leakage.
