First you should remove the front wheel with a torque of 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.) before servicing and repairing the brake caliper of models RZN191L-TRPDKAB, RZN196L-CRPDKAB, RZN196L-PRPDKAB, VZN195L-CRPDKAB, and VZN195L-PRPDKAB. When disconnecting the flexible hose start by uninstalling the union bolt and 2 gaskets from the caliper while torquing at 30 Nm (310 kgf-cm, 22 ft. lbs.) and place the flexible hose lock in the lock hole before reinstallation. Remove the caliper by unbolting two 123 Nm (1,250 kgf-cm, 90 ft. lbs.) mounting bolts before the removal of the clip, 2 pins, and anti-rattle spring which allows you to take out the 2 pads and accompanying 4 anti-squeal shims. Perform the reverse installation process and afterward add brake fluid to the reservoir followed by bleeding the system before checking the vehicle for any indications of leakage.
