How to replace the rear seat belt on 2002 Toyota Highlander?

To replace the rear seat belt, first remove the rear seat assembly RH, rear seat assembly LH, rear seat headrest assembly RH, rear seat headrest assembly center, rear seat back board carpet assembly RH, cushion assembly, rear seat RH, rear seat armrest assembly center, rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly RH, rear seat shoulder belt cover, back assembly, rear seat RH, rear door scuff plate RH, rear door opening trim Weather Strip RH, tonneau cover assembly, deck board sub-assembly, deck board sub-assembly No.2, deck board sub-assembly No.3, luggage compartment tray, spare wheel cover tray, deck side trim box RH, deck side trim box LH, rear floor finish plate, and deck trim side panel assembly RH. The first step involves removing the rear No.1 seat belt assembly outer RH by dissolving its bolt while subsequent steps require removing the rear seat belt assembly outer center with a nut and then taking out the rear seat belt assembly inner using a bolt. Secure the rear seat belt assembly inner to its place using a bolt which needs to be tightened to 42.0 N.m (420 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf). The ELR lock function of the rear seat belt assembly outer center should be tested by observing quick pull-outs of the belt. Install the rear No.1 seat belt assembly outer RH by checking ELR locking while keeping the tilting angle under 45 degrees, then fasten the floor anchor with its bolt using 42.0 N.m (420 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf) torque and ensure the anchor part does not touch any protrusion on the floor panel. Afterward, fasten the rear No.1 seat belt assembly outer using a bolt with a torque of 42.0 N.m (420 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf).
