    A: Service of the Crankshaft Position Sensor requires removal of the engine under cover as the first step. Detach the crankshaft position sensor connector before removing its bolt in order to remove the component. After repairing install the crankshaft position sensor by placing it in position and securing it with a torque of 6.5 N.m (65 kg.cm, 58 in.lb) and connect the sensor connector. The engine under cover needs to be correctly reinstalled at the end of the process.
