  A: You must tighten the knock sensor using a 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf) torque while connecting its knock sensor connector afterward. You should install the intake manifold gasket with new material before tightening 3 bolts and 2 nuts to a torque value of 30 Nm (304 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf). Mount the union as it connects the ventilation hose to the connector tube hose as well as fitting water by-pass hose No. 2. Drive the engine wire harness to its position on the intake manifold. First install the throttle assembly with motor body while connecting water by-pass hose No. 2 as well as the water by-pass hose. Fit the air cleaner cap sub-assembly by connecting it to air cleaner hose No. 1 and tighten the cable to the negative battery terminal at 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf).
