The Clock Spring Assembly can be removed by following precautionary measures first. Make sure that the front wheels are centered, disconnect negative battery contact (have to take some time 90 seconds) and record possible system startup. Take off the steering wheel covers, assembly and clock spring, make sure that the battery is not connected and do not mess with the Air Bag wire harness.
