Before installation of the A340E automatic transmission's transmission control cable assembly begin by fastening it with the nut then apply a torque of 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf). The body requires torque of 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf) while you attach the transmission control cable through its nut for this step. The transmission control cable needs two body nuts which should be tightened to 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf). After that step finish up by attaching the cable to the floor shift assembly while keeping the lock plate in place. When the vehicle has a voltage inverter install the voltage inverter assembly and then install the console box front followed by the instrument panel cup holder tray along with the console box assembly rear and the console upper rear panel sub-assembly.
