How to remove the heated oxygen sensors safely and effectively on Toyota Land Cruiser?

When substituting heated oxygen sensors both personnel and protective gloves are necessary to handle the exhaust pipe which remains exceptionally hot following engine shutdown operate only when the exhaust pipe has sufficiently cooled. The work sequence starts with taking off the No. 2 engine under cover then moving to remove the tailpipe assembly and continuing with the center exhaust pipe assembly and finishing with the front No. 2 exhaust pipe assembly before ending with the front exhaust pipe assembly. The removal of heated oxygen sensor (Bank 2 Sensor 2) requires the use of Special Service Tool: 09224-00010. Special Service Tool: 09224-00010 serves to remove both heated oxygen sensors identified as No. 2 Bank 1 Sensor 2 and No. 2 Bank 2 Sensor 2.
