To remove the rear fender liner, first, detach the rear wheel house pads on both sides. Heat the vehicle body to remove the quarter panel seals, then take out screws and tape. Remove the rear bumper side seals and grommets, replacing the grommets. Finally, remove the rear wheel house liners.

How to remove the front Wheelhouse on Toyota Highlander?
