To install the rear spoiler, proceed with caution because the axis of rear wiper motor is going to shift. Disassemble with the disconnection of the wire harness and rear washer hose, remove different trim panels and parts. Removal of screws, disengagement of claws and removal of the rear spoiler sub-assembly using a "TORX" socket wrench.

How to install the rear spoiler and associated components on Toyota Highlander?

In order to install the rear spoiler, you have to take the rear wiper motor assembly out and a centering jig. Install the spoiler and then do not open the hatch until you have installed the wiper link pivot. Connect the harness of wire, attach the required parts and screw tighten to a desired torque. Lastly, check the rear washer nozzle.
