How to remove the Cooling Fan Assembly on Toyota FJ Cruiser?

In order to remove radiator cooling fan, loosen some of the negative battery terminal first. Then, take off the V-bank cover and the No.1 engine under cover sub-assembly. Then remove the upper radiator support seal, and fan shroud. Lastly, loosen the 4 nuts that attach the fan to the fluid coupling in order to take out the fan.
