How to remove the Steering Angle Sensor with VSC on Toyota Camry?

To deactivate the Steering Angle Sensor with VSC, read instructions, disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait 90 seconds. Straighten the front wheels. Disassemble the No. 2 and No. 3 Steering Wheel Covers, Steering Pad, Steering Wheel Assembly and Steering Column Cover. Lastly, de-assemble the Spiral Cable Sub-Assembly and the sensor.
