The brake actuator requires assembly through three bolts to which apply 19 Nm (194 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf) while maintaining distance from brake tubes and the wire harness. The brake tubes must be attached to their appropriate positions on the actuator bracket using Special Service Tool: 09023-00101 and a torque of 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf). Start by filling the brake fluid into the reservoir and perform a master cylinder and brake line bleeding procedure. Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir together with inspecting for any fluid leakage from the system. After reconnecting the negative battery cable it is important to note that certain systems need initialization following the cable reinstall. Perform the yaw rate sensor zero point calibration while using Techstream to check the brake actuator.
