How to remove and install the rear Car Speakers assembly from the LH side on Scion xB?

In order to disassemble the LH rear speaker assembly, disconnect the negative battery post and wait 90 seconds. Unscrew different trims parts and the back seat assembly and unscrew the weather strip and cover. Disassemble, desolder the speaker, de-bolt three bolts and install it back. Re-connect the battery.
