Disassemble different parts, such as blower assembly and evaporator sub-assy. Grease new O-rings with compressor oil, fit them, fill refrigerant, warm engine, and verify that there are no leaks.

In order to service the blower motor, remove the air inlet control servo motor by unscrewing 2 screws. Next, pull off the air filter case and clean air filter by disengaging the claws. The second step is to unscrew the blower resistor and lastly to unscrew the blower motor sub-assembly by removing 3 screws.
