How to service and repair the Canister Purge Valve on Scion xA?

The Canister Purge Valve needs to be repaired by disconnecting the negative battery terminal and waiting 90 seconds. Take out air cleaner cap and purge VSV and put them back again. Reinstall all the connections and hoses and lastly reconnect the battery terminal, don't forget to initialize it where necessary.
