  A: The Charcoal Canister Assembly replacement process begins with disconnecting the connector through deep insertion followed by pinching portion A then pulling the connector out. The first step includes the removal of both fuel tank vent hoses and purge hose disconnecting. Before removing the fuel emission tube connector through its clip push the pinch down and examine the connector area for dirt or mud because the quick connector depends on an O-ring for proper sealing. Nylon tubes should be handled without tools or bending and twisting methods while their connectors should have vinyl or plastic bag coverage. Gently apply force to pull and push the pipe to unstuck the material. You should disassemble the carbon canister by removing its three bolts. The new Charcoal Canister Assembly needs to be fastened with the three bolts torqued at 19 N.m (193 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lbf) and further secured by attaching the fuel emission tube along with the purge hose and both fuel tank vent hoses before reconnecting the connector.
