How to service the Headlight Relay on Scion tC?

A proper service of the headlamp relay requires disconnecting the negative battery cable before waiting at least ninety seconds to avoid Air Bag and seat belt pretensioner activation. Unplug the device called H-LP by removing its headlight relay from the system. Collectively installation requires headlight relay placement while reattaching the cable to the negative terminal before conducting initialization steps because systems may need to initialize when disconnecting and reconnecting the cable.
