A: Apply the water pump assembly with a new gasket by screwing three bolts and two nuts at 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8.1 ft-lbf). Begin by installing 3 bolts to the water pump pulley but keep the pulley still using Special Service Tool: 09960-10010 09962-01000. Tighten the bolts to 15 Nm (153 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf). Master the installation process for the engine mounting insulator sub-assembly RH shared by the hatchback and sedan models followed by generator assembly installation. Place the fan and generator V belt then check for correct tension before adjusting it. Fasten the cable to the negative battery terminal with 5.4 Nm torque while also checking for any coolant leakage. Place the engine during the last stage into position under the right-hand engine cover.
